What is mana'ish?
Mana'ish are Lebanese flatbreads topped and baked in the oven. Ours are baked to order and come with zaatar (thyme, sesame and sumac in olive oil), melted cheese, spiced meat, spinach, eggs and more. See the Oven Baked Mana'ish section of the menu.
Does Furn Saj offer catering?
Yes. The Catering section of the menu has trays of mini pies, wrap packages, salads and protein salads, shawarma and skewer trays for fifteen, thirty or fifty guests, and gourmet sides by the tray. Order online or call the location nearest you.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. Dishes marked Vegetarian on the menu include zaatar, spinach, olive mix and garlic mana'ish, the falafel pie, plate and wrap, the Impossible plate, wrap and pizza, and mini zaatar, mini spinach and sambousek by the dozen. Vegan dishes are named as such on the menu: Vegan Cheese Melt Mana'ish, Vegan Lahme B'ajine, the vegan chicken plate, wrap, bowl and salad, vegan sambousek and Vegan Impossible Kibbeh.
Where is Furn Saj located?
Three locations in Southern California: Granada Hills, Calabasas and San Diego, each serving the same Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine from its own oven. Addresses and phone numbers are on the Locations page.
Is breakfast served all day?
Yes. The Breakfast section of the menu, with egg and cheese flatbread, the omelette pizza, the breakfast plate and adjarski, is served all day.
